The chocolates have a history dated back many centuries. But the entire concept of chocolates have changed in the due course and the original chocolate, which was made out of only cocoa is not at all visible now a days. It has metamorphosed to a number of different forms and tastes. Latest entrants in this field like Taza chocolate have really changed the concept of the chocolate. Without much change in the traditional Mesoamerican chocolate taste, Taza has come up with a number of products. The traditional Mesoamerican taste and the various flavours created to meet with the latest trend made them a favourite with many columnists who are writing in the wine and dine columns in all major magazines.
