Every state and every country has definitely progressed in various factors, but the thinking regarding certain issues would never change. If an individual is disabled may it be because of a fatal accident or some disease affecting the individual terribly, the first thought that comes into the mind is, it might have happened with them because of some curse. This particular mentality needs to change. It can happen with any one, as, an unfortunate situation does not inform before arriving. One has to be either prepared for it or needs to be strong enough o face it boldly. But not every individual is strong enough to face it and this is when they go into depression.

It is definite that, disability and the fact of being dependent on others for everything can be a strong reason for one to lose the mental stability. To regain back the physical disability back to normal is quite possible, but, to bring back the mental instability would take months to years, as, once affected mentally, it’s considered the worst. Mobility vehicles are the only aid for the weak bones, shoulders and legs along with instable and weak mind.

The structuring of mobility vehicles are done with precision so that it proves propitious to the needy in every way instead of harming them. It is basically constructed to make it possible for the disabled and the older individuals to move around at ease, indoors and outdoors. Initially when the mobility scooters were constructed it had many faults, which were later corrected so that it could prove useful to the needy. The very first mobility scooters that were developed were 2-wheeler and 3-wheelers. The overall designing of the scooter was very simple, so that the entire concentration may it be on the functionality of the vehicle than the outer design. It was constructed short on the upper side, which resulted in the down side of the vehicles being dangerously unstable when on uneven terrain, if inexperienced hands were maneuvering it. When these mobility vehicles cannot be maneuvered the way it has to be handled due to discomfort, it could potentially lead to these scooters tipping over, hurting the individual riding on it.

Three-wheeled mobility vehicles were considered non-beneficial to the needy, due to many factors, which were later re-designed. Though it was eco friendly, as, it housed a 12 volt power outlet socket which can be used to power any standard 12 volt accessories and could be used by just electrically charging it, it still did not prove useful to the needy. The construction of this particular vehicle was considered as an example by the professionals, who worked upon the challenges and solved the issues troubling the individuals riding on them.
