Exercise is what keeps the body and the mind to be healthy. And a healthy mind and body is a must for every individual. There are various kinds of exercise, but it depends totally upon the individual which kind of exercise does he/she would want to involve in. for knowing which kind of exercise would prove advantageous for them, they need to know firstly know what they would expect from the exercise, accordingly they can carry on with the form of exercise which would benefit them. Many a times one would not know what kind of exercise, one should actually perform to keep fit and for better results. In such a case, one should seek the advice of an expert, who would know about every exercise that is present, and accordingly would advise on the kind of exercise that would prove fruitful for them. The right kind of diet is also required to be maintained to experience better results, as food is the main factor which adds and reduces both to the entire exercising task. One who is serious with his exercise regime, he must know what kind of food would help him/her out accordingly, as, anything and everything cannot be eaten when one is involved in a particular kind of exercise.

Treadmill is one such exercising equipment, which, is the oldest and the most effective one. Many who do not like to do any other kind of exercising they would at least prefer to walk or run on the treadmill. One can accordingly adjust the speed of the treadmill to which they would be comfortable, as, one cannot walk or run fast on the treadmill at the very beginning itself, so the meter display which is present on the equipment lets the individual know about the speed, which can be set accordingly. Later one can increase the speed of the treadmill, once they are accustomed to the slower speed so that they could bring in change to their exercise regime, which would benefit them in many different ways. One should first try to walk on the treadmill instead of beginning it with running, as it may harm the individual if he/she is not used to it. Well, to be on the safer side, they must consult the expert before they buy and how it needs to be operated.

After walking or running on the treadmill, one cannot suddenly get down from it and get back to their normal chores, instead the individual needs to lessen down the speed of the treadmill and walk slowly on it for sometime so as to relax on it and then can end the entire session. By doing so it would offer friction and relaxation, both. Workout on the treadmill would help the individual stretch their muscles and provide them easy movement henceforth.
