Exercise is the best form of activity one can provide to their body so as to function perfectly. Well, walking and running are the basic forms of exercising for an individual which allows the muscles to loosen up and perform better. Body should not be static, and if it is, the individual would find it difficult to perform the simplest to simplest of the task which involves body movements on a faster rate. They would even find it difficult to move their body fast in case they need to run or walk faster during emergency, therefore, so as to avoid such an embarrassment in one’s life, one should exercise to keep fit. Many who cannot walk up to the gym to work out, due to their busy schedules and laziness to walk or ride that one extra kilometer or even if they have to go next door, they can now have a gym of their own in their homes or at work. Treadmill is the most well known exercise equipment, which many individuals make use of for the basic exercising or to keep their body fit and in working conditions i.e. to move around at ease without worrying of experiencing pain when they have to suddenly get up or have to sit. Treadmill allows the individuals to walk slowly on it, which they can set it according to the speed which would prove propitious to them.

One definitely cannot move on the treadmill on a faster rate, therefore, he/she can set the speed so that they get accustomed to the speed and to the walk on the belt instead on the road, and later the speed can be increased so as to improve upon the functionality of the body. Many who have dust allergy and cannot take the risk of walking on the road, thinking they might attract dust and it would prove disastrous to them later, they prefer to stay at home, though they would want to exercise for which they need walk up to the gym or at least walk on the road for experiencing the normal walking pleasures. For such individuals it becomes necessary that they buy a treadmill which would let them exercise and be away from dust too.

Treadmills may be a little costly for the pocket but the affects of this particular exercise equipment is huge. They offer great cardio and leg muscles exercise. It helps in proper functioning of the heart, helping it beat in regular intervals. One must first learn to walk slowly on the treadmill, and then they must increase the speed to walking faster that before. Later, once they are use to the belt, they can elevate the speed to the level that they can now jog or run on the treadmill at ease.
